The Role
MDSearch is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused Family Physician with experience in cosmetic injectables to join a premier aesthetic clinic in downtown Ottawa as an Aesthetic Injector.
In this position, you will maintain an active clinical practice within the clinic, providing cosmetic and aesthetic treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, and other physician-led aesthetic procedures. You will work collaboratively with the Regional Director, Clinic Lead, and clinic support team to ensure patients receive safe, high-quality aesthetic care.
This opportunity is well suited to a Family Physician who is passionate about aesthetic medicine and enjoys delivering personalized, results-focused cosmetic treatments in a professional, patient-centered environment.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injecting (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP)
- Current license in good standing with the CPSO
- Superior understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical aesthetic industry
Compensation
Performance-driven model rewarding both clinical activity and leadership. Estimated $350,000–$450,000 annually after clinic split for established injectors, depending on service volume, case mix, and scope of involvement, plus a monthly stipend and an additional percentage on supervised treatments.
Medical Recognition Team Plan (MRTP): An opportunity to share in your clinic’s profitability. Providers who meet gross-profit and cross-selling criteria earn a share of a quarterly incentive pool — open to all physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses.
