Key Responsibilities

• Perform injectable treatments and advanced medical aesthetic procedures within NP scope
• Conduct comprehensive consultations, assessments, and treatment planning
• Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals and clinic protocols
• Prescribe and manage treatment plans where applicable
• Integrate complementary treatments such as energy-based devices (EBDs) and medical-grade skincare
• Deliver safe, ethical, and evidence-based care across all procedures
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, treatment photography, and patient records
• Provide follow-up care to support outcomes, retention, and continuity of treatment
• Educate patients on treatment options and expected outcomes
• Collaborate with physicians and clinic teams to ensure efficient patient flow and care delivery
• Maintain compliance with clinical protocols, regulatory standards, and best practices in aesthetic medicine

The Role

• Serve primarily as a Cosmetic Injector, administering facial injectable treatments such as Botox, dermal fillers, and PRP, as well as other aesthetic treatments.
• As Medical Director, supervise the clinic's operations in collaboration with the Regional Director, Clinic Lead, and other support staff.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in cosmetic injecting (Botox, dermal fillers, PRP).
• Current license in good standing with CNO.
• Superior understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the medical aesthetic industry.

Compensation & Revenue Sharing

The medical group's model is performance-driven and rewards both clinical activity and leadership roles. Doctors can typically earn between $220,000 and $975,000+ annually after split, depending on their service volume, case mix, and scope of involvement in the clinic. The role includes a monthly stipend and an additional percentage on supervised treatments.
