The Role

MDSearch is recruiting Family Medicine Physicians on behalf of an established and growing Family Health Organization (FHO) in Brampton, Ontario. Join a collegial practice with immediate access to an existing patient base and the flexibility to build a thriving practice within a well-supported, integrated healthcare environment.

Position Details

  • Practice Model: Family Health Organization (FHO)
  • Clinic Size: 8 Physicians within the FHO
  • Team: 6 Family Physicians
  • Position Type: Full-time, Part-time, Locum, or Flexible Schedule
  • Work Arrangement: In-person, Virtual, or Hybrid

Compensation

90% to start, 85% through the full build year, 75% once established.

Requirements

  • CPSO independent practice license (or eligibility for licensure)
  • Certification in Family Medicine (CCFP) preferred
