The Role
MDSearch is seeking a dynamic, patient-focused Family Physician with Expertise in Medical Dermatology and cosmetic injecting experience to join a premier cosmetic aesthetic clinic in North York.
Mainly, you will provide a blend of medical dermatology care and cosmetic injectable treatments, including the diagnosis and management of common skin conditions (acne, rosacea, pigmentation), alongside neuromodulators (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin) and dermal fillers. You will conduct full facial assessments and deliver natural, consistent aesthetic outcomes aligned with clinic standards.
This is a high-performance, production-driven role where clinical expertise, patient experience, and aesthetic results directly contribute to success.
Schedule: Up to 4 days a week
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Dermatology
- Current license in good standing with the CPSO
- Diploma in Dermatology (e.g., Cardiff Diploma in Practical Dermatology) or equivalent postgraduate dermatology training required
- Prior leadership experience in a clinical or aesthetic setting
- Comfortable performing dermatologic assessments and minor procedures
- Interest in developing new skills (laser treatments, mole mapping, androgenic alopecia management)
- Calm, mentoring approach with excellent patient care skills
Compensation
The clinic operates on a commission-based model with a percentage of treatments personally provided and high-end earning potential of up to $300,000 annually for top performers. Cosmetic procedures (such as mole removal) are billed separately, typically ranging from $200–$2,000 per procedure.
Medical Recognition Team Plan (MRTP): An opportunity to share in your clinic’s profitability. Providers who meet gross-profit and cross-selling criteria earn a share of a quarterly incentive pool — open to all physicians, nurse practitioners, and nurses.
